Cancellation Policy
When discussing our starting pricing, it’s important to highlight that it reflects our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Our starting price is designed to ensure that we can source the best materials available, which ultimately enhances the visual and structural integrity of our designs and may not be the final/overall event design or planning total. Additionally, this pricing allows us to allocate the necessary time and resources to each project, ensuring that every detail is meticulously crafted to meet our clients' expectations. We believe that investing in high-quality materials and dedicated design time is crucial to delivering exceptional results. Additional fees will apply for event materials and rentals. Thank you for your understanding. Starting Price is a retainer fee and will not be refunded in the event that your event has to be rescheduled, cancelled or postponed. SCE will do our best to reschedule, provided we have the date open. If rental items and contracted services can be refunded they will be per the contracted vendors agreements.
