Service Description
Our Organic balloon garlands are created from an arrangement of organically shaped latex balloons. This is a great way to add POP to your treat table of event entrance. Garlands can be hung from the ceiling or anywhere creative. Pricing is based on the quality of work we desire to provide for each of our clients. In order to do so we have a starting price that allows us to purchase the highest quality of materials to create your designs. Thank you for understanding. Details: ( To be completed by client.) *Garlands are priced starting at $199.99 for a 6ft organic garland and $25 per additional foot. Additional cost may apply depending on number of color choices, length and width, type of balloon or material ( Latex, double stuffed, satin or foil) and design specifics; flowers, pompous grass , balloon ropes etc.Additional fees may apply if you have a larger backdrop stand or require a stand or depending on where the garland is being displayed. L - Shaped Garlands start at $400, those are 16ft long. Included: - Materials for hanging - Latex balloons ( two color choices) *$45 per additional color choice labor: - Installation requires up to a 90 min setup time frame depending on design; possibly longer. - Proposal/design creation -Setup and take down. ( Garlands that do not require our own backdrop stand will not be taken down. Client is responsible for garlands disposal.
Cancellation Policy
If event is canceled and/or date changed, no portion of the fees paid to Consultant will be returned. If the event is postponed, services contracted can be applied to a new date if SCEBB has the date and time available. When discussing our starting pricing, it’s important to highlight that it reflects our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Our starting price is designed to ensure that we can source the best materials available, which ultimately enhances the visual and structural integrity of our designs and may not be the final/overall event design or planning total. Additionally, this pricing allows us to allocate the necessary time and resources to each project, ensuring that every detail is meticulously crafted to meet our clients' expectations. We believe that investing in high-quality materials and dedicated design time is crucial to delivering exceptional results. Additional fees will apply for event materials and rentals. Thank you for your understanding. Starting Price is a retainer fee and will not be refunded in the event that your event has to be rescheduled, cancelled or postponed. SCE will do our best to reschedule, provided we have the date open. If rental items and contracted services can be refunded they will be per the contracted vendors agreements.
